Meet dr. ted wilson

 With over 40 years in leadership positions in child-serving, not-for-profit organizations, I bring a comprehensive depth and breadth of management experience to my work as a professional consultant. I have worked for religious entities, large fraternal organizations and community-based operations. I have worked in child care agencies, independent schools, and residential programs. For the last thirty years, I have led a diverse consortium of private schools (Schools for Children, Inc.). I have directly reported to a national board of the VFW National Home (Michigan) as its Executive Director,  served public schools as the elected president of a Michigan school board,  served as a trustee for the Cambridge (MA) Montessori School, and, for many years, was a board member for maaps, a trade association supporting Massachusetts special education schools. I am committed to identifying effective solutions to complex problems.   I am creative, insightful, collaborative, and direct in my work with organizations. I will bring the people in your organization together in the search  for solutions to tough problems, solutions that will always be grounded in your own core mission.
